What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for grading, excavation, utilities, and sitework
  • Manage crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met
  • Interpret and implement plans, specs, and schedules in the field
  • Work with the Superintendent and Project Manager to execute work plans
  • Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with all Alpha Inc. standards and protocols
  • Track materials, equipment, and manpower daily
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and team members
  • Train, mentor, and develop laborers and operators to support long-term crew success

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Lead in heavy construction
  • Strong understanding of excavation, grading, utilities, and sitework operations
  • Proven ability to lead crews, manage production, and maintain a safe worksite
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, layouts, and grades
  • Comfortable using technology including tablets, timekeeping apps, and communication tools
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Committed to safety, team culture, and high-quality work
