We’re looking for a next-level Executive Assistant to be the ultimate ally to our CEO, a dynamic leader balancing rapid growth, strategic vision, and transformational change. If you’re organized, ambitious, and thrive under pressure, this rare opportunity is for you.

How you will make an impact...

  • Manage the CEO’s time and priorities with impeccable precision, ensuring every moment is optimized.
  • Own the CEO’s inbox with a tailored ranking system, filtering noise, prioritizing critical items, and responding with professionalism.
  • Prepare executive briefings, set agendas, and track decisions to execution. Your insights will drive action.
  • Orchestrate travel and event logistics with meticulous detail, maximizing the CEO’s productivity on the go.
  • Serve as the CEO’s trusted liaison with high-profile stakeholders, cultivating strong, meaningful connections.
  • Take ownership of high-level initiatives, working across departments to deliver on milestones and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and facilitate opportunities for the CEO to engage with industry leaders and key players locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

What you will have...

  • Seasoned Pro: 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally CEOs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where adaptability is key.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in email management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate challenges and have solutions ready before they arise.
  • Relationship Guru: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships with a personal touch.
  • Polished Communicator: Clear, confident, and articulate in every interaction, whether written or verbal.
  • Detail-Obsessed: No detail escapes your notice, and you thrive on staying organized and ahead of schedule.

Compensation: $100,000–$130,000 annually, based on experience.
