How will you make an impact...
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs that align with company objectives and employee needs.
- Support the career progression framework, providing tools and resources to help employees navigate career growth.
- Facilitate onboarding programs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance new hire orientation (NHO).
- Develop and curate training content (e.g., e-learning modules, workshops, leadership development programs).
- Coordinate mentorship programs, ensuring effective mentor-mentee pairings and engagement.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by managing content, tracking participation, and ensuring system effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
- Gather and analyze training feedback and performance data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Partner with HRBPs and department leaders to identify skills gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Assist in the administration of leadership development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
What you will have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, or HR-related roles.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design principles.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for employee growth and development.
This position requires on-site work and is not eligible for remote work.
The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $75,000-$95,000 per year.
