šØāš» What You'll Do
As a Senior IT Analyst, youāll be our Tier 3 escalation expertāresolving complex technical issues, optimizing IT systems, and delivering white-glove support to our executive team. Youāll bring deep technical knowledge, process leadership, and a team-first mindset to every challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve high-priority, complex IT issues escalated from Tier 1 and 2 teams.
- Support C-suite executives with white-glove, confidential technical assistance.
- Manage compliance and security frameworks including CMMC Level 1.
- Administer identity and access systems via Okta, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Lead help desk automation and workflow optimization via JIRA/Confluence.
- Mentor junior staff and document best practices and procedures.
- Oversee cross-functional IT projects including rollouts, upgrades, and system integrations.
- Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline operations.
š§ What You Bring
Youāre an advanced problem-solver who leads with empathy and delivers with precision. You thrive in dynamic, service-driven environments and bring structure to the chaos.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in progressive IT support, with 2+ years in Tier 3 or senior-level technical roles.
- Deep troubleshooting knowledge of Microsoft 365, Okta, Intune, Box, and Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience managing JIRA Service Management and Confluence workflows.
- Strong grasp of IT compliance and security best practices.
- Proven ability to support C-level stakeholders with urgency and discretion.
Bonus Points For:
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Admin, Okta Admin, Security+, ITIL, ACP).
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM), Addigy, and UKG (UltiPro).
- Project management experience in hybrid or remote environments.
