What You’ll Do (Depending on Role):

  • Support drilling operations including rig setup, pipe handling, and material transport
  • Operate and maintain drilling equipment, tools, and trucks
  • Perform physical labor and follow safety procedures at all times
  • Assist with well development, sample collection, and mud pit management
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field and adapt to ever-changing jobsite needs
  • Travel and work on job sites across Hawai'i as needed

Qualifications:

  • Driller Helpers: 1+ year of construction or labor-intensive work experience preferred
  • Rig Operators & Drillers: Prior experience in mud rotary, air hammer, core, or deep well drilling strongly preferred
  • Licensed Type “A” Drillers: Must be licensed or eligible in Hawaii
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred for certain roles)
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs, work outdoors, and operate equipment
  • Comfortable with travel, overnight stays, and working long days if needed
  • Strong communication, integrity, and a commitment to safety
