The Opportunity
Alpha Inc. is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead with urgency, build with intention, and drive enterprise-wide growth across our construction, concrete, and energy divisions. This role isn’t built for comfort—it’s designed for velocity and scale. We’re looking for a bold growth architect who can unify revenue-driving teams and deliver measurable impact.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll own the entire revenue lifecycle—from lead generation through deal close to client success. You’ll architect systems that scale, align sales and marketing with operational delivery, and uphold the Alpha standard of excellence.

What You Will Do
Drive Revenue Strategy & Leadership

Architect and lead Alpha’s enterprise-wide revenue growth strategy.

Align estimating, sales, marketing, and operations into a unified growth engine.

Set and exceed aggressive revenue and margin goals with operational precision.
Build and Scale Sales & Marketing Operations

Develop scalable, data-informed sales systems across business lines.

Optimize the entire sales funnel—from lead gen to close and account expansion.

Collaborate with estimating and delivery teams to ensure proposal accuracy and success.

Define and execute marketing priorities to grow brand authority and client loyalty.
Lead Customer Success & Profitability

Improve client lifetime value through operational excellence and strategic account growth.

Own contract strategy and negotiation, balancing profitability and client success.

Monitor gross margins and uncover levers for continuous performance improvement.
Inspire and Lead High-Performing Teams

Build, lead, and retain top-tier, cross-functional teams with shared KPIs and clear accountability.

Reinforce a culture of clarity, ownership, and team-driven performance.

Instill a cadence of rhythm-based execution and cross-departmental collaboration.
What You Bring

10+ years of progressive leadership in revenue-focused roles, including 5+ years at a senior or executive level.

Experience unifying revenue operations across B2B sales, marketing, estimating, and customer success.

Background in construction, energy, or service-based industries strongly preferred.

Proven success in scaling revenue operations and delivering on ambitious growth targets.

Strong pricing strategy and contract negotiation experience.

Tech-savvy, analytical thinker obsessed with data and outcomes.

A compelling communicator and integrative leader with sound judgment.

High-urgency, high-accountability operator with a mindset rooted in grit and execution.
