What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily field operations — crews, schedules, and equipment — all under your direction.

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on-site — no shortcuts.

  • Serve as the communication bridge between field teams, management, and project stakeholders.

  • Uphold Alpha-level standards in every detail — precision, performance, and pride.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Foreman or Field Supervisor (civil utility or water infrastructure).

  • Proven leadership and accountability — you earn respect through results.

  • Deep roots in Kaua‘i preferred— you understand the land, community, and local work ethic.

  • A safety-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Mac-based applications.

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
