The Opportunity

Alpha Inc. is calling in a Chief Revenue Officer with grit, clarity, and a fearless growth mindset.
Not someone who sits back and analyzes from afar—but someone who jumps in, builds the engine while it’s running, and isn’t afraid to make bold, informed bets.

This role owns the entire revenue lifecycle: lead generation, sales strategy, estimating alignment, marketing direction, client experience, and long-term revenue performance. You’ll turn insights into action, strategy into systems, and relationships into long-term value.

If you thrive in fast-moving environments, have the courage to pursue ambitious goals, and know how to turn opportunity into measurable results—you’ll feel at home here.

About Alpha Inc.

Alpha Inc. is a Hawaiʻi-built, Hawaiʻi-proud company leading in heavy civil construction, water well drilling, renewable energy, and concrete services. The projects we build today shape the future of island communities for generations—and we don’t take that lightly.

We live and lead through three core values:

  • Lead with Heart – Empathy, humility, and genuine care for people and community.
  • Strength in Unity – We win together. No silos. No ego. Just one Alpha.
  • Alpha Mentality – Grit, accountability, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do.

As CRO, you aren’t just generating revenue—you’re advancing our mission and amplifying these values across the entire revenue engine.

What You Will Do

Revenue Strategy & Enterprise Leadership

  • Architect and oversee Alpha’s end-to-end revenue strategy across construction, concrete, and energy business lines.
  • Align sales, estimating, marketing, and operations into a unified, data-driven growth system.
  • Convert market insights and client needs into actionable go-to-market execution plans.
  • Set ambitious revenue and margin targets—and hit them.

Sales & Marketing Operations

  • Design scalable sales processes and build a high-performance, metrics-driven sales organization.
  • Own funnel optimization: lead gen → qualification → bid → close → account expansion.
  • Partner with Estimating and Operations to ensure accurate proposals and seamless project delivery.
  • Shape marketing priorities that enhance brand authority, strengthen demand, and grow client loyalty.

Client Success & Profitability

  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth through value creation.
  • Lead contract strategy and negotiations—balancing opportunity, margin, and risk.
  • Monitor gross margin and pricing performance, and identify levers to improve profitability.

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Build and motivate cross-functional teams that operate with urgency, clarity, and unity.
  • Establish KPIs, rhythms, and performance systems across all revenue functions.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement—celebrating wins and learning fast.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 10+ years in progressive revenue leadership roles, including 5+ years in senior executive capacity.
  • Proven success in B2B revenue strategy, sales operations, and client lifecycle management.
  • Industry experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, or service-based environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to unify sales, marketing, estimating, and operations around shared growth goals.
  • Track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets in dynamic, complex environments.

Skills & Leadership Qualities

  • Masterful communicator and cross-functional influencer.
  • Expert in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin protection.
  • Analytical, tech-forward, and obsessed with outcomes.
  • A growth architect who thrives in ambiguity and acts decisively.
  • A leader who embodies Lead with Heart, Strength in Unity, and Alpha Mentality.

Why Alpha?

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
