The Opportunity

Some people keep paperwork.

You keep projects moving.

Alpha Inc. is looking for a Field Administrator – Site Attendant who thrives in the organized chaos of an active jobsite — someone who can turn truckloads of data, materials, and logistics into clean, accurate, audit-ready documentation.

This is not a desk job tucked away in a quiet office. You’ll be embedded with the field team, tracking materials, tagging super sacks, logging weights, coordinating shipping documentation, and making sure the operational details that matter never slip through the cracks.

If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in precision, keeps systems tight, and enjoys being the organizational backbone of a high-performing project team, you’ll fit right in here.

We operate by three core values:

Lead with Heart – Treat people with respect, humility, and integrity.
Strength in Unity – Great work happens when strong teams work together.
Alpha Mentality – Show up ready, take ownership, and deliver excellence.

These values aren’t slogans. They’re how we operate — on every jobsite and in every division.

What You’ll Own

As the Field Administrator – Site Attendant, you’ll play a key operational support role ensuring project material tracking and documentation are accurate, organized, and ready when needed.

Your work directly supports material handling, logistics, and export readiness across active project sites.

Material Tracking & Documentation

  • Track and organize site data for project materials, containers, and shipments.

  • Tag and log super sacks with consistent identification and documentation.

  • Enter and maintain material weights, container details, and shipment records.

  • Maintain accurate documentation for materials being exported or shipped offsite.

Project Recordkeeping

  • Maintain detailed logs of containers loaded and shipped, including dates, weights, destinations, and supporting paperwork.

  • Organize manifests, logs, and tracking documentation to ensure projects remain audit-ready and compliant.

  • Support daily reporting through accurate spreadsheet and log updates tied to material movement.

Coordination with Field Teams

  • Work closely with project leadership and field teams to verify quantities and reconcile records.

  • Identify missing or inconsistent documentation and escalate issues quickly.

  • Help maintain an organized field office and documentation system.

Operational Support

  • Ensure documentation processes are followed consistently across the site.

  • Provide administrative support that keeps field operations organized and efficient.

  • Assist with additional operational tasks supporting project success.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in construction administration, field administration, project coordination, logistics, or similar documentation-heavy roles preferred.

  • Experience working in or supporting active construction or industrial jobsites is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational ability with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and consistency.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-moving field environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital tracking systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clean documentation.

Mindset

You’ll succeed here if you naturally embody:

Lead with Heart – You support the team with professionalism and respect.
Strength in Unity – You collaborate easily with crews, supervisors, and leadership.
Alpha Mentality – You take pride in getting the details right the first time.

Why Alpha?

Because the details matter.

The trucks, materials, and containers moving through a jobsite represent months of work. The person who tracks them accurately is the person who keeps the project aligned.

At Alpha, you won’t be a background administrator.

You’ll be a trusted operational partner on the ground helping teams deliver complex projects across Hawaiʻi.
