What You Will Do

  • Operate Equipment with Care and Skill

    • Safely drive and operate a tractor trailer to and from job sites.

    • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.

    • Secure trailers properly and monitor vehicle condition during transit.

  • Ensure Timely and Efficient Deliveries

    • Follow predetermined routes and schedules.

    • Manually unload and deliver materials or equipment as needed.

    • Maintain accurate delivery logs, route information, and required documentation.

  • Promote a Safety-First Culture

    • Comply with DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.

    • Keep vehicles clean and in excellent working condition.

    • Report hazards and work collaboratively to prevent incidents.

  • Represent Alpha with Professionalism

    • Interact with clients and coworkers respectfully and courteously.

    • Maintain a clean driving record and uphold Alpha’s reputation on the road.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.

  • Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb on/off equipment, and work in outdoor conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.

  • High personal integrity and a commitment to safety, accountability, and teamwork.
