Superhuman is building the most desired pre-workout energy brand, creating seriously fun products that actually work. We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to lead our product marketing.


The Opportunity:

As Production Coordinator at Alpha Lion, you'll bridge our marketing team and content creators for paid media production. You'll manage the entire process from content requests to final delivery, turn marketing strategies into creative briefs, maintain schedules, and ensure brand standards. Success in this role requires building strong creator relationships while delivering high-impact media assets on time and on budget.

Pipeline of Creators

  • Build a strong, diverse pipeline of 100+ creators across various content specializations (25% actors/actresses, 50% Social Media Creators, 25% real customers)

  • Develop a structured outreach program to test new creators consistently, based on data-driven hypothesis and learnings from top-performing creators

  • Own and maintain the platforms and talent databoard for efficient creator outreach and management
  • Continuously evaluate and refine our creator pipeline to ensure we retain only top performers, based on content quality, turnaround time, and availability

Content Management

  • Handle 12+ monthly content deliverables (4+ script requests per Pod) connected to content calendar
  • Serve as the primary responsible party for end-to-end content production, from sourcing creators to delivering final assets.
  • Establish and implement a robust QA process ensuring all content meets quality standards
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback to creators according to established QA processes
  • Lead proper content organization and structure within folders for easy access, implementing effective tagging, classification, and storage systems

Team Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with Creative Strategists to understand their needs, hypotheses and learnings for content production
  • Follow through with the team to maximize the output and impact of all produced content
  • Support improvements to templates and frameworks to elevate production outcomes and quality standards
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing between Pods to replicate successful creator collaborations
  • Translate strategic marketing requirements into actionable creative briefs

Logistics and Budget Management

  • Take primary responsibility for product shipping and delivery to creators
  • Maintain precise tracking of creator content requests and deliverables, monitoring timelines and ClickUp tasks
  • Exercise careful control of allocated budgets, maintaining the $400/content target
  • Define and adjust what constitutes a "content request" (scope, length, complexity)
  • Consider tiered pricing structure if content requests vary significantly in complexity

What We're Looking For:

Experience in content production, creative operations, or similar rolesStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong quality control mindsetExperience working with content creators or influencers preferredProficiency with project management tools (ClickUp experience a plus)Ability to understand marketing strategy and translate it into content requirementsBudget management experience
