Paid Social Designer
We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Social Designer who knows how to build static ads that convert — not just look good.
In this role, you’ll translate creative strategy into high-impact static ads built specifically for paid social environments. Your work will directly influence testing velocity, scaling performance, and revenue growth.
You won’t just “design assets.” You’ll help uncover winning angles, extend creative lifecycles, and compound paid media efficiency across pods.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver 30–40 high-performing static ads per week across feed and vertical formats
- Translate creative briefs and testing roadmaps into conversion-focused visual systems
- Apply direct response principles (hook-first design, benefit stacking, visual hierarchy, CTA optimization)
- Rapidly iterate on winning creatives to extend lifecycle and reduce fatigue
- Adapt top-performing concepts into new angles, formats, and variations
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Media Buyers, and other Pods to align creative with performance data
- Maintain disciplined file organization and version control to support sprint velocity
What Success Looks Like
- Contribute to a 15% creative win rate (creatives reaching $10K+ in spend at target ROAS)
- Consistently deliver 30–40 high-quality statics per week without sacrificing clarity or impact
- Launch structured iterations on proven winners to extend performance lifecycle
- Actively help identify and scale new winning angles across product categories

Experience & Skills:
- 3–4 years designing static ads for paid social in a DTC or performance marketing environment
- Proven experience producing high-volume creative within sprint workflows
- Strong understanding of Meta ad formats (feed, stories, vertical placements)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Deep understanding of direct response design and psychological triggers
Nice to Have:
- Experience in DTC e-commerce
- Exposure to 6–7 figure monthly Meta ad accounts
- Supplement, fitness, wellness, or CPG experience

Compensation:
We believe in competing at a high level — and that includes how we approach pay. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
The expected base salary range for this position is $30,000- $35,000 (USD).
