HR Operations Coordinator
Role Summary
- We're looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to keep our day-to-day people operations running accurately and on time, from payroll processing to employee records to team member support.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and on time every cycle
- Maintain employee and contractor records and agreements
- Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and open enrollment logistics
- Manage new hire administrative onboarding, offboarding, and PTO tracking
- Respond to team member questions on pay, benefits, and records
- Support tax compliance filings and renewals
- File performance reviews and track handbook/policy acknowledgment

- Zero payroll errors, every cycle
- 100% complete, audit-ready employee and contractor files
- Onboarding, offboarding, and benefits changes executed with no dropped tasks
- No missed compliance deadlines
Who You Are
- You're detail-obsessed and double-check your own work before anyone else has to.
- You follow process reliably and rarely let a deadline sneak up on you.
- You communicate clearly and directly, even when the news isn't perfect.
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years in HR operations, payroll, or HR administration
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS/payroll platform
- Business-fluent English, written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience with Rippling
- Experience supporting a US-based or multi-entity company remotely

Compensation
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, or similar LatAm markets. The expected base salary range for this position is $18,000–$26,000 (USD) annually. Your offer will reflect your experience, skill set, and local market. Beyond base pay, team members may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits built to support their health, wellness, and professional goals.
