About the Team:
You will be part of the Healthcare Coverage pod within our high-performing Global Equity Research Team. You will have an immediate impact on our business by contributing to our product roadmap and dazzling our customers.
About the Role:
As a Financial Associate, Healthcare, you will review and comprehend highly detailed clinical trial data, and input key findings into data sheets. Successful candidates will bring strong attention to detail, solid Excel fundamentals, and a passion for understanding how pharmaceutical clinical trial data relates to investment decisions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business with an interest in healthcare and capital markets
- Strong communication skills and highly team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to review and understand detailed clinical trial data and extra critical information
- Ability to deliver under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-task responsibilities
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain detailed data sheets based on pharmaceutical clinical trial data
- Develop expertise in reading clinical trial data and transforming it into usable templates that can drive investment decisions
- Track clinical trial readouts and identify pivotal data from the studies
- Develop understanding of competitive landscape in the pharma industry
Base Compensation Range*: $53,000 CAD
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
*For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all Canada-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
