About the Team:
The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers, and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. About the Role:
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Tools, will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of specific tools used by the Revenue Organization. This role involves collaborating with RevOps and business users to ensure effective use of these tools, driving process efficiencies, and supporting key technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales technology platforms, tooling best practices, and experience in providing both technical and project management support.
What You’ll Do:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience working with a Revenue organization or Sales Operations team
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and you take ownership of your work
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes
- You are adaptable and can quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes as the business evolves
- You are customer-focused, understanding the importance of providing timely, real-time support to end users to ensure they are fully empowered by our tools
Who You Are:
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of key revenue tools within the revenue organization, ensuring they are optimized for business needs and aligned with best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for RevOps and business users for specific tools, providing real-time support and answering questions about tool functionalities and best practices
- Monitor vendor release notes for updates and new functionality. Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze potential impact and manage the implementation of new features or system enhancements
- Oversee overall licensing needs and utilization for revenue tools; proactively identify needs for additional licenses, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely provisioning and accurate access control
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for tool configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across teams
- Assist in project management activities, supporting various key initiatives related to revenue tools
- Provide support for procurement activities, as needed, including assisting with vendor evaluation, tool selection, and gathering data for contract negotiations
