System Verification Engineer

As the System Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Assist in the build and testing of vehicles by installing electrical and electronic components, wiring harnesses, and applying software updates to various electrical systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for functional issues within the vehicle’s electrical systems by measuring various points and using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with development engineers to troubleshoot and resolve specific problems within the electrical and electronic systems.
- Provide feedback and recommend solutions to development teams, both locally and globally.
- Support test engineers by issuing problem reports for defects identified in the electrical and electronic systems of the vehicle.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle system verification and/or electrical and electronic system design.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) is preferred.
- Expertise in commercial vehicle CAN communication protocols and proficiency with CAN analysis tools such as Vector CANalyzer.
- Strong background in automotive electrical and electronic development, including experience with diagnostics tools.
- Proficient in vehicle controller software toolchains such as Engineering Tool and Prosit.
- Experience with the latest sensor technologies.
- Familiarity with wiring harness manufacturing and repair tools.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in commercial vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $93,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
