We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Display Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced electrical and optical display systems for premium in-cabin automotive experiences. This role focuses on seamlessly integrating cutting-edge display technologies with the vehicle’s electronic architecture and user interface systems.
Responsibilities;

Design and develop electrical and optical display systems for high-end in-cabin automotive applications.

Integrate display optics and electronics with vehicle electrical architecture, UI/UX graphics, and infotainment systems.

Define and evaluate display electrical and optical characteristics based on user experience goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct focus group assessments and drive user experience improvements.

Select and integrate display components including TFT backplanes, LEDs, LED drivers, connectors, and touch control systems.

Develop system-level display performance requirements (resolution, brightness, color accuracy, durability, etc.).

Lead validation and testing efforts to ensure displays meet performance and reliability standards.

Support design of PCBs, wiring harnesses, and power distribution for display modules.
Qualifications;

8+ years of experience designing electromechanical products with mechanical/electrical interfaces and premium cosmetic standards.

Expertise in display technologies including Edge-Lit LCD, Local Dimming LCD, and OLED.

Hands-on knowledge of TFT backplanes (LTPS or Oxide) and communication system components (e.g., SerDes FPD-LINK, Timing Controllers, SPI/I2C).

Strong understanding of display integration, connector selection, PCB layout, and power requirements.

Experience defining performance metrics and preparing validation and test plans.

Ability to lead technical discussions and influence product decisions through data-driven insights.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
