
Product Development Project Manager

As the Product Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering-focused product development projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and timelines.

Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical designs, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, and work plans related to infrastructure, equipment, or system development.

Track project milestones and performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope and budget; proactively identify and address project risks and delays.

Allocate and manage resources across project phases, including engineering, procurement, production, testing, installation, and commissioning activities.

Assist in the development and enforcement of engineering standards, material selection, and operational best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions and maintain project momentum.

Support senior project leadership on larger initiatives or independently manage smaller-scale projects with moderate complexity.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical discipline.

Prior experience managing or supporting engineering-based development projects from initiation through implementation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

Capable of working independently under general supervision, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Effective communicator who can influence team members and stakeholders by clearly presenting technical and operational information.

Comfortable handling moderately complex challenges and adapting to dynamic project environments.

Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
