Wire Harness Engineer

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Schematic Draftsman, working alongside System and CAD Engineers to develop and release electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Proficiency in Capital Harness System (CHS) is preferred; experience with other electrical schematic tools is also valued.
  • Skilled in creating libraries, component lists, schematics, fuse boxes, and defining ground strategies.
  • Solid background in the automotive industry with a fundamental understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle and wire harness manufacturing processes, including related design challenges.
  • Familiarity with wire selection, fusing techniques, and grounding strategies.

Salary Range: $110,000-120,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
