
Budget & TSA Leader

As a Budget & TSA Leader you will be responsible for;
Budget:
- Maintain project budgets (including multiple yearly Forecasts) with inputs from team members
- Verify inputs & Check overall validity of budget with Financial Controllers
- Track Cost Performance Indicator (CPI) & ensure alignment with scorecard
- Maintain program actuals, ensure an accurate alignment with the several program streams, with Central Digital M&A & with the financial controllers
- Ensure the weekly, monthly & quarterly financial & TSA governances are prepared (including the associated material), they take place & their associated reporting / MoM is written and sent out
TSA (supporting the PMI Leader):
- Track TSAs status, maintain an accurate & up-to-date TSA status for all the Digital PMI perimeter, including consumption, closure criteria, risks to close on time...
- Ensure proper alignment of the TSA register vs. the separation journey (led by Release Manager)
- Prepare the negotiation materials & arguments before meetings
- Regularly align with central Digital M&A, Strategy, Procurement, Finance to ensure a good circularity of the information
- Monitor the performance of the Transition Services Agreement (TSA) services and report any deviation to the PMI leader on breaches, changes and costs
This person is expected to be an experienced individual with a deep understanding of Ethics & Compliance, Supplier Management, and a strong financial basics skillset.
Qualifications;
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance Program Management, PMO-Finance, or M&A Integration
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and actuals across multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with TSA (Transition Services Agreement) processes and lifecycle
- Strong collaboration with Finance, Strategy, Procurement, and Digital/M&A
- Exposure to Scorecards, CPI tracking, and Financial Governance
- Experience in ethics & compliance, supplier management, and M&A controls
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
