
Risk & Portfolio Manager

As a Risk & Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for;
- Portfolio Coordination: Lead the overall plant Digital portfolio, from initial demand and ideation through to execution, delivery, and value realization
- Lead the inflow and demand management process with all the business functions, ensuring all new requests are properly recorded, assessed, prioritized, and aligned with strategic business objectives
- Prepare the monthly Portfolio Business Review -PBR- (led by the Digital PMI) and related preparatory governance so the portfolio is living and taking decisions.
- Track, record & widely communicate the decisions and challenges of the portfolio
- Together with the PMO and the release manager, Implement and manage portfolio plans (following PBR decisions) using a hybrid of Agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring clear visibility of the roadmap, resource capacity, and project sequencing
- Support the PMO & the release manager to coordinate with the stakeholders so the PMI integrated roadmap is up-to-date, the costs are mastered and the EPIC owner can re-prioritize
- Be the risk manager: maintain and update an accurate & up-to-date risk & ops register. Together with the PMO, maintain the associated KPI tracker and feed the scorecard. Keep a tight coordination with the central risk managers in Digital or in the Business. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across the entire project portfolio, ensuring smooth execution within a complex, interconnected environment
Qualifications;
- 4–8 years of experience in:
- Portfolio Management, PMO, or Project Delivery Coordination
- Risk Management or Governance Reporting in complex programs
- Strong in demand management, prioritization, and roadmap coordination
- Familiar with Portfolio Business Reviews (PBRs) and executive governance
- Experience with risk & issue tracking, mitigation planning, and KPI scorecards
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Jira / Confluence / MS Project / Planisware
- Risk registers, RAID logs, KPI dashboards
- Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools
Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
