Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the recruitment of our Business Team who do sales, account management, business development and management of consultant engineers, and support corporate recruitment as needed. A headhunting approach is a must while promoting Alten to target high performing individuals.
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Supervisory Needs and Responsibilities
- Identifying and formalizing the needs of Executive VPs from each Business Unit.
- Defining and implementing a multi-channel sourcing strategy
- Writing and posting job advertisements on various job boards
- Reviewing applications and qualifying candidate profiles
- Conducting interviews and assessments to highlight candidates’ growth and development potential
- Providing daily support to Hiring Managers in a “business partner” role and overseeing recruitment processes
- Managing applications through ALTEN’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- You may also be involved in cross-functional recruitment projects within the department, as well as in group interview sessions.
Minimum Qualifications Skills:
- Minimum Bachelors degree is required, Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, with a specialization in human resources or sales is highly preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment agency consultant, or in a sales role is required
- Proficient in sourcing tools and willing to innovate to identify new approaches for attracting top candidates
- Strong service mindset and assertiveness, enabling you to work effectively with senior-level internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.
