
Aircraft Manager (ACM)

As Aircraft Manager you will be responsible for;
- Review and monitor all open, in-progress, and closed points managed by Technical Shop Floor Support.
- Ensure every point is analyzed, assigned, and escalated to the appropriate level.
- Drive timely closure of non-conformities and production blockers.
- Transfer folios and update SAP when required.
- Lead and animate Pre-Quality Gates
- Ensure each station is fully prepared to achieve the greenest Quality Gate possible.
- Deliver structured and reliable QG reporting
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field required
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft production, or final assembly environment
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role within a production environment
- Experience supporting aircraft final assembly line (FAL), MRO, or large-scale aerospace manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Experience resolving production issues, non-conformities, and driving corrective actions (RCCA / 8D)
- Strong understanding of industrial performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, delivery)
- Familiarity with FAA and/or EASA regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial aircraft programs
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment
Location: Mobile, AL
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
