
PMO Analyst (Project Management Office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement standardized processes, including maintaining and managing database files
- Coordinate and streamline process networks across functions within the PMO
- Develop and maintain project management processes, including mapping and roadmap execution
- Support project lifecycle management and ensure alignment with PMO standards
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders across the North America region
- Analyze project performance, priorities, and objectives to support decision-making
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities related to project initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement within PMO processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PMO or project environment
- Strong experience with forecasting and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, modeling)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in process mapping and optimization
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
