YOUR MISSION
The role of Business Manager at ALTEN USA includes the following responsibilities:
Business Development
- Implement the sales strategy in the field
- Manage the sale of technical service offerings, from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature
- Ensure client satisfaction with a focus on retaining existing accounts and building long-term, profitable partnerships
- Be accountable for the profitability and growth of your business portfolio
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Identify engineering profiles in collaboration with the dedicated recruitment team
- Conduct interviews and ensure the successful onboarding of your new hires
- Support consultants in building their career paths within the Group
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- 1 to 2 years of successful experience in industry, services, or engineering-related fields
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to quickly grow into leadership positions
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Results-oriented with a rigorous and structured approach
