About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business improvement initiatives that enhance customer service, sales effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business analysis and data management skills who can work across multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive process improvements, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. This individual will play a key role in supporting airline satisfaction initiatives, improving operational performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives in support of customer service and sales activities.
- Drive projects and activities focused on improving airline customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Translate business needs and objectives into actionable recommendations and business solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiency.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to drive informed business decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions to align project goals and requirements.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure the successful implementation of business improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process maps, project updates, and reporting materials.
- Support effective communication and coordination among business teams and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst leading business improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing and coordinating activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
- Strong data management, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop practical business solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting customer service, customer experience, sales operations, or related business functions is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Skywise (Palantir Foundry), AI initiatives, analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
- Candidates who qualify as U.S. Persons are preferred due to the potential involvement with U.S. aerospace programs and export-controlled environments.
