About the Opportunity

We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming design engineering opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.

  • Junior Design Engineer (0–3 years)
  • Design Engineer (3–6 years)
  • Senior Design Engineer (6–10 years)
  • Staff/Principal Design Engineer (10+ years)

What You Might Work On

  • Concept development, 3D modeling, and detailed design of components/assemblies
  • Design analysis, tolerance stack-up, and GD&T application
  • Prototyping and design iteration based on test/validation feedback
  • Design reviews and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams
  • Design documentation and release management (PLM/BOM)

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)
  • Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar)
  • Familiarity with GD&T, materials selection, and DFM/DFA principles
  • Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading design programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
