
Project Leader - Internal/Airbus

As a Project Leader you will be responsible for;
- Managing the delivery of engineering work packages, ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of cost, timeline, and quality.
- Leading project execution activities while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Tracking project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation plans to maintain delivery commitments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with customers and project teams.
- Applying industry-specific engagement and delivery models to support customer expectations and business objectives.
- Driving accountability and ownership for project deliverables and customer commitments.
- Facilitating collaboration across engineering and support teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Building strong customer and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working for an engineering services, consulting, or technical services organization in the United States or internationally.
- Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of work packages with responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality.
- Knowledge of engineering services engagement models and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience leading projects without necessarily managing a work unit or business unit.
- Experience within aerospace, automotive, rail, industrial, manufacturing, or other engineering-focused industries is preferred.
- Manufacturing or engineering background is preferred.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonuses
