Sr Systems Analyst

Overview
The primary purpose of this role is responsibility for creating the business and/or functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. The Systems Analyst will act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing support for client operations, ongoing development, and maintenance activities. This role is part of the Global Hosting & Operations function, which focuses on ensuring that product service levels are met, researching and documenting bugs, and coordinating the execution and validation of product upgrades and environment maintenance .
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product activities across architecture, engineering, support, development, and the client to ensure service levels are met.
- Drive compliance with change control policies and processes across all products.
- Participate in product maintenance activities and provide production support for internal and client use of the product.
- Facilitate client case management across functional teams for the product.
- Interact with Business Analysts during the software build or configuration and testing process.
- Perform technical application configuration and configure/run reports at user request; research product behavior.
- Design and/or execute unit, system, and integration test plans for new developments/releases/reports.
- Maintain technical documentation based on standard operating procedures in support of the assigned application and/or client account.
- Identify common causes of defects, prioritize them, and systematically remove them.
- Gather and review functional requirements from the client; document functional defects and obtain clarification to better understand the scope and the problem.
- Propose solutions to client requirements/problems and leverage content and deliverables from blueprints and solution store to minimize turnaround time.
- Participate in weekly calls with clients to provide updates on deliverables, communicate risks, issues, and client participation needed to deploy the solution to production environments .
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred .
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of practical experience in technical support, analysis, project management, or related functions required.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
Working Arrangements:
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
- Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely.
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
- On-call and after-hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.

Salary Range
$106,000 - $128,000 USD
