Product Manager, Population Health & Interoperability

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Manager. In this role, the Product Manager will take the lead in developing and delivering innovative products across a wide network of clients and prospects. Act as the central resource and driving force for the requirements gathering, design, and marketing of products and solutions. Industry knowledge of healthcare programs and reporting needs specific to Payors, Health Plans, ACOs and Value-Based Care organizations. This role is crucial in driving our mission to improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare delivery through advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our population health and interoperability solutions
- Translate strategic discussions into actionable data and analytic roadmaps, articulating high-level requirements for easy-to-use products embedded in clinical and operational workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance care coordination and data exchange
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to inform product development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including the Cures Act interoperability rules
- Work closely with data science teams to leverage analytics for population health insights
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health and/or interoperability solutions
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT ecosystems, EMR/EHR systems, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with value-based care models and population health management strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 USD
