Regulatory Analyst, Population Health & Interoperability

We are seeking a detail oriented and knowledgeable Healthcare Regulatory Analyst to monitor and be a subject matter expert on Healthcare Technology regulations in select markets across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze healthcare technology regulations, including FDA regulations, HIPAA, the Cures Act, and other relevant laws and standards
- Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Develop and maintain regulatory strategies for healthcare technology products
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses related to regulatory compliance
- Stay informed about emerging trends and changes in healthcare technology regulations
- Assist in evaluating and implementing healthcare IT solutions that align with organizational goals
- Conduct Market Research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, with a focus on population health management and/or interoperability regulations and reporting
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability regulations and standards, including the Cures Act
- Experience with population health management strategies and value-based care models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable guidelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and interoperability standards
- Knowledge of international healthcare technology regulations

Salary Range
$60,000 - $100,000 USD
