
Sr Desktop Support Analyst

The primary purpose of the MS Sr Desktop Support Analyst is to provide second line of support assistance to client users experiencing problems with IS supported hardware and software across St. Clair hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. The Sr Desktop Analyst will be responsible for imaging, installations, configurations, deployment and support.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies and resolves desktop/laptop hardware problems
- Initial network troubleshooting and determination of appropriate escalation path
- Resolve and work proactively on virus issues and initiatives
- Assists in new system deployments/loading appropriate software as needed
- Maintain Web support hints, tips, and FAQs
- Mobility kit physical upgrades
- Responsible for incidents escalated from first line of support.
- Write support documentation for customer and/or departmental use
- Provides suggestions and information on projects that should be undertaken by the department
- May manage projects as assigned by the Manager
- Assists in web page development for the Intranet and for our third party WebFirst application
Requirements:

Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- BA or BS Degree, and/or relevant business experience
- IT Certifications preferred
Experience:
- 7-9 years experience from a Health IT or highly regulated environment preferred
- 5-7 years experience in information technology management from a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong networking background required and network security preferred
- Excellent client facing skills with the ability to thrive in a highly critical, fast paced environment
Travel Requirements:
- May require local travel
- May require other travel for business needs

Salary Range
$55,000 - $63,851 USD
