About The Role

As the Vice President of Client Technology, you will lead our vital Remote Hosting Support Operations. In this executive role, you will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the business unit, focusing on organic growth by delivering outstanding service and building strong partnerships with our current and prospective clients.

Your leadership will ensure we deliver our contracted security, performance, and availability for our clients critical applications. You will guide everything from system design and implementation to ongoing maintenance, all while mentoring a high-performing team and shaping the strategic direction of our hosting services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in the Hosting Solutions business unit, with ownership of its financial performance and profitability.
  • Drive operational excellence to provide an exceptional service experience for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Guide the strategy for our systems planning, security, and vendor management.
  • Develop and mentor a talented team by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Leverage technology, including AI, ServiceNow, and our monitoring tools to find creative ways to improve service and efficiency.
  • Partner with sales teams to support new account growth and successful client onboarding.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in Healthcare IT Operations including direct experience in complex Cloud Operations / Remote Hosting services.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, including managing a significant function within a business unit.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • MBA/Ph.D./Pharm D (Preferred)

 

Working Arrangements

  • Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements.
  • Primarily works in a standard office environment or remotely.
  • May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays.
  • On-call and after-hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally.

Salary Range

$190,000 - $220,000 USD
