Your Mission

As part of the APAC leadership team, this newly established role - AVP, Client Success APAC, will lead a team of Client Success Executives (CSEs) to enhance client satisfaction, minimise attrition, and unlock expansion opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of strategic partnerships, ensuring that our solutions align seamlessly with client objectives and maximise client value.

What You Will Do

  • Lead & inspire the CSE team to exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimise client attrition and maximise revenue growth through expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for client needs within Altera, ensuring that client feedback is heard and acted upon.
  • Partner with Client Executives to craft and implement tailored client roadmaps.
  • Track and analyse Net Promoter Score (NPS) to continuously improve client experiences.
  • Ensure the CSE team is well-prepared for client-specific strategic reviews, showcasing the value of Altera solutions.
  • Develop and share strategic insights that demonstrate that we understand the client's needs and are taking action to address them
  • Work with sales, finance, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in Healthcare Client Account Management (7+ years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of client success methodologies, strategies, and best practices for driving client retention, growth, and advocacy.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges, adapt swiftly, and align stakeholders to ensure organisational success.
  • Ability to drive growth and navigate complex challenges with precision.
  • Master Negotiator—you handle tough discussions with tact, turning obstacles into opportunities.
  • You’re a problem-solving pro - you thrive in ambiguity, solve problems with ease, and keep the momentum going.
  • Exceptional Communicator—you engage stakeholders across levels, build trust, and influence outcomes effectively.
  • Capable of analysing financial metrics, identifying trends, and unlocking opportunities for continuous improvement
  • You navigate policy, process, and people-related dynamics with ease, seamlessly steering through complexities to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated APAC Market Expertise—you understand the industry’s trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Client 360) and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and tracking performance.
