Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4+ relevant Experience in Citrix NetScaler is mandatory.

  • Citrix Certifications in Citrix CAVD, former XenDesktop/ XenApp
  • Should be Expert in troubleshooting NetScaler Load balancing, access gateway, SSL certificate, VPN, content switching and GSLB.
  • Expertise in Load balancing technology including algorithms and health check options. 
  • Experience with Global Server Load Balancing / GTM, Local load balancing / LTM, SSL acceleration, HTTP compression / caching, and DNS experience with enterprise load balancer such as Citrix ADC/NetScaler or F5.
  • Experience in L4-L7 traffic management. 
  • Knowledge of TCP as it pertains to packet inspection and network/applications. 
  • Working knowledge of Installation and troubleshooting of NetScaler MPX, VPX, SDX.
  • Should have Experience in Multi-factor authentication solution. 
  • Handling the incident cases based on ITIL process. 
  • Good oral/written communication skills. 
  • Should be fluent to develop technical relationships with customer, OEMs, and other teams.


Responsibilities:
•    Design and deploy Citrix ADC solutions in Azure to meet client requirements.
•    Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements.
•    Configure and manage Citrix ADC load balancing, SSL offloading, content switching, and global server load balancing (GSLB) within Azure.
•    Implement security features such as access controls, SSL certificates, and authentication protocols and WAF.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix ADC-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Citrix ADC with other infrastructure components.
•    Document designs, configurations, and processes for Citrix ADC deployments.
•    Stay updated with the latest Citrix ADC and Azure technologies, recommending improvements and enhancements to optimize performance and security.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing Citrix ADC solutions in an Azure cloud environment.
•    Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
•    Proficient in configuring and managing Citrix ADC features, including load balancing, SSL offloading, content switching, and GSLB.
•    Experience with Citrix ADC Gateway, Citrix Web App Firewall, and Citrix ADC Management and Analytics System (MAS) is a plus.
•    Familiarity with Azure-native load balancers and Azure Application Gateway.
•    Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS protocols.
•    Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
•    Certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP-N) or Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE-N) are desirable.
