Experience:
total 5+ yrs. of experience as ServiceNow Developer
Worked in ITSM organizational structure
Experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB
Prerequisite:
ServiceNow Development experience
ITIL knowledge
ServiceNow System Admin Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Work on development projects/enhancements for ServiceNow
Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow. Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs and notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS, development skills, such as HTML, CSS, Angular JS
Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances
Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment
Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated
Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current
Peer review, Mentor and share technical knowledge with service management team.
You will be required to work with process owners and other stakeholders.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience
Shift :
Evening shift - 5pm - 2am IST
