Key Skills Requirement -

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong listening and synthesis skills.
• A high-level knowledge of incident management best practices and systems.
• Decisive problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
• Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations.
• Ability to make quick, confident decisions.
• Previous experience with major incidents (either as a participant or an observer).

Shift Timings – 24*7 rotational shifts.
