Sr Configuration Engineer(Azure, Devops)

Responsibilities

• Manage source control systems like Azure DevOps, GitHub to ensure effective repository management and branching strategies.
• Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions to automate build and deployment processes.
• Integrate DevSecOps tools (e.g., Fortify, WhiteSource (Mend), OWASP) into CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain MSI and MSP packages for product releases using InstallShield.
• Automate deployment and configuration tasks using PowerShell, VBScript, and batch scripts.
• Leverage Terraform and Azure for environment provisioning, deployment automation, and operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to source control, build pipelines, packaging processes, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in secure configuration management and delivery processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in source control tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions) and CI/CD pipeline configuration (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps tools such as Fortify, WhiteSource (Mend), and OWASP for securing pipelines.
• Expertise in using InstallShield to create and maintain MSI and MSP packages.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, and batch scripting for automation.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud platforms like Azure for automating infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work across development, security, and operations teams.
