
Sr Process Analyst(ITIL)

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in either of Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
- Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes.
- Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams
- Hands-on experience executing ITIL Process methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical process details into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts and weekend shifts as and when required
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement optimizations.
- Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements.
