What You’ll Do: Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer treatments and medications as prescribed, develop individualized care plans, and offer compassionate guidance to patients and families. Rate $64-68/ hour What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in your state. Experience in Hospice or Home Health Care: Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience; hospice experience is required. Compassionate & Empathetic: A heart for helping others, especially those facing end-of-life challenges. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate care with physicians, patients, and families, and clearly document clinical notes. BSN Preferred: Experience or education in the aged, chronically ill, restorative, or psychiatric nursing preferred. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Valid RN license in the practice state. Active BLS certification. A licensed driver with an insured automobile. Why Join Us?
