The Requirements Portal delivers essential features on the Altium Develop/Agile platform for engineering teams to collaborate on their product requirements. It covers the entire lifecycle from importing with smart importers customer requirements, collaborating on them, connecting them to the electronics design, verifying them and creating relevant compliance documents.

A day in the life of our QA Engineer
As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of product development for our complex cloud applications with the Altium365 - Valispace R&D team. You will work closely with the development team to design, implement, and execute tests that identify issues and ensure our software meets the highest standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the reliability and performance of our products, ensuring they deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Craft comprehensive test documentation: Become a master of writing clear and detailed test documentation, ensuring every Altium feature is thoroughly tested and functions as intended.
- Champion stability through rigorous testing: As a dedicated tester, you'll be on the front lines, meticulously testing new features to identify and prevent bugs before they reach users.
- Safeguard the user experience with comprehensive regression testing: Perform in-depth regression testing across a broad spectrum of Altium products. Your work will be instrumental in maintaining a stable and reliable user experience.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in testing complex software systems
- Experience in testing web applications
- Experience in writing comprehensive test plans and using test management tools (i.e. Testrail)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing software at the API level
- You’re detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture
- You understand and have experience working with complex and evolved SDLC processes
- Performance testing tools knowledge (i.e. Jmeter)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of CI systems (i.e. Jenkins, Github Actions, TeamCity)
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

🏢 Our hybrid schedule
Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate, learn from one another, and accelerate innovation. Some exceptions apply.
