About the Role:  

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team and lead our product development initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Managers to ensure our customers are achieving their desired outcomes and high levels of product adoption.  You will collaborate with Product Management, Technical Support, and Product Development teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Leadership 

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and SaaS initiatives across multiple squads 
  • Define program scope, success metrics, and execution plans in collaboration with PMs and engineering leads 
  • Drive agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure milestone alignment 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap into executable stories 
  • Align engineering, data science, and DevOps teams around delivery goals 
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication across products, support, and leadership 

Execution Excellence 

  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively 
  • Track program health via dashboards, KPIs, and status reports 
  • Champion continuous improvement in delivery processes and tooling 

AI Enablement 

  • Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into core products 
  • Ensure ethical AI practices, model governance, and scalable deployment pipelines 
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends and tools to inform program strategy 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years of total experience in software delivery, with 2+ years in a TPM role 
  • Bachelor's degree in technical fields like Computer Science or Engineering. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architecturescloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices 
  • Experience managing AI/ML product development or data-intensive programs 
  • Deep familiarity with AgileScrum, and DevOps practices 
  • Technical fluency in APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructure 
  • Proficiency with tools like JiraConfluenceSlackGitHub, and Figma 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills 
  • Experience in technical project management, software development, or IT project delivery. 

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS delivery for enterprise clients 
  • Exposure to AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) 
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent 
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and model governance 
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes in matrixed environments
