Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to help us scale our product from early adoption to thousands of activated users through product-led growth. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, data, and user experience.

Your mission is to help electronics engineers discover value faster, succeed without hand-holding, and keep coming back. You will drive growth primarily through analytics insights, experimentation, product discovery, and deep user understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Manage Data Foundation for Growth

  • Coordinate with the data analytics teams to automatize data pipelines to capture product usage, behavioral events, and funnel metrics
  • Aggregate different data sources and map to relevant product events
  • Ensure tracking continuity along the full product funnel
  • Establish and maintain dashboards for activation, retention, engagement, and drop-offs, as well as for specific released features
  • Proactively surface insights, anomalies, and opportunities from data

🚀 Drive Early Customer Success

  • Interview and talk directly to early adopters to ensure they are successfully onboarded and to learn from their experiences
  • Identify friction points during hands-on onboarding sessions and document recurring patterns
  • Create playbooks and onboarding frameworks that evolve into product-led growth mechanisms

🚀 Build Product-Led Growth Experiences

  • Turn data and customer success insights into concrete product improvement suggestions that enable users to self-onboard and succeed without direct support
  • Improve in-product guidance, walkthroughs, and contextual help
  • Collaborate with the documentation and marketing team on documentation, examples, and reference workflows
  • Reduce reliance on manual support as the user base grows

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (electronics engineering or similar preferred)
  • Experience with product-led growth, growth experiments, and data-driven product optimization
  • Experience with building data pipelines, dashboards, and automating data gathering across the funnel
  • Comfortable working with product analytics and drawing conclusions from data
  • Strong empathy for users and curiosity about how they think and work
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Extra points for...

  • Familiarity with electronics development workflows (requirements, systems engineering, ECAD/PCB design, verification)
  • Ability to communicate in engineer-to-engineer language
  • Experience with analytics tools like Kibana, Snowflake, Domo etc.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
