ABOUT THE ROLE
The SVP Associate supports the day-to-day delivery of the Student Ventures Program, ensuring smooth execution of program activities, founder coordination, and operational excellence across SVP cohorts. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and founder support, enabling the Senior SVP Associate to focus on strategy, quality, and outcomes.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Operations & Coordination (Core Function)
- Support delivery of incubator and accelerator programs (Ventures Lab, ScaleUp Lab, and Creative Academy cohorts).
- Coordinate weekly sessions, workshops, mentor meetings, and program logistics.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, schedules, and program documentation.
- Support logistics for demo days, pitch sessions, and masterclasses.
Founder Engagement& Support:
- Act as a first point of contact for founders during program participation.
- Track founder progress against milestones and flag risks early.
- Support founders in preparing pitch decks, venture summaries, and submissions.
- Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops.
Mentorship & Event Support:
- Provide hands-on coaching to founders across venture development, traction, and execution.
- Assist with mentor coordination, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Support execution of ecosystem events, founder showcases, and networking sessions.
- Ensure mentors and founders have required materials ahead of sessions.
Administration & Reporting:
- Support data collection for venture tracking and program reporting.
- Maintain SVP databases, folders, and internal documentation.
- Respond to program-related communications in a timely manner.
Such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Senior SVP Associate or C4E manager
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, Innovation, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating entrepreneurship programs, running ventures, or startup ecosystem involvement.
- Experience building or supporting early-stage ventures (preferred).
Entrepreneurial Competencies:
- Understanding of startup life cycles, MVP development, traction building, and market research.
- Ability to assess venture quality and identify gaps and risks.
- Communication & Facilitation:
- Ability to facilitate sessions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Operational Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
