This role is ideal for an outgoing, energetic, and persuasive individual who thrives in live environments and can turn in-person conversations into high-quality investor sign-ups.
The Events Manager will typically spend two days per week staffing event booths across the country (mainly focused in Las Vegas), one day documenting and recapping leads and insights, and two days preparing for upcoming activations. As a member of the AV Events team, this individual will also support other event-related initiatives as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, communicates confidently and clearly, and brings the energy required to represent a fast-paced venture firm in the field.
During the first month, the hire will spend 1–2 weeks at our Manchester, NH headquarters learning AV’s brand, product, and internal processes.
