This is a high-impact opportunity for an engineer who enjoys owning projects from concept through production and wants to see their work directly influence how a growing venture capital platform operates.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver software that solves real operational challenges.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain internal and investor-facing applications
  • Develop systems that automate financial, operational, and reporting workflows
  • Transform spreadsheet-based business processes into scalable software solutions
  • Build and maintain integrations between internal and third-party systems
  • Develop APIs and services that support critical business operations
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions
  • Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications
  • Experience developing applications using Javascript/Node.js, Python, or both
  • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Experience building and maintaining API integrations
  • Full-stack application development experience
  • Experience working with AWS cloud services
  • Experience leading technical projects or workstreams from planning through delivery
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate changing business priorities and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, accounting, investment management, or related industries
  • Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems
  • Experience with NetSuite APIs and integrations
  • Experience automating operational workflows and business processes
  • Experience using modern development tools, including AI-assisted development tools
  • Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments

We know great candidates bring a variety of experiences and perspectives. If your background doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed above, we still encourage you to apply if you're excited about the opportunity and believe you can contribute to the success of the team.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
