ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Intern to join the AiCE Program team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, data, and learner experience. You will play a key role in tracking program health, supporting learner engagement and the smooth delivery of cohorts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data & Reporting
- Track weekly learner engagement and deliverable completion using program trackers.
- Own weekly data reporting for the program team and city stakeholders.
- Contribute insights for end-of-program reports and city-level updates.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data (surveys, interviews, sessions) to surface insights.
Learner Engagement
- Lead on data-based nudges to learners falling behind (via eHub).
- Help execute nudging and learner engagement strategies in collaboration with the team.
- Coordinate with other interns to deliver community-based interventions.
Feedback & Insights
- Support in updating survey tools and ensuring feedback forms are well-designed.
- Track feedback trends and propose strategies to improve response rates.
- Analyze survey and feedback data to provide actionable insights.
Program Operations
- Support cohort rollout planning by aligning timelines, learner resources and process updates.
- Liaise with the Program Operations Analyst to ensure all program materials (blueprints, guides, stakeholder resources, calendars) are updated.
- Coordinate updates to the Knowledge Base with the latest process or program information.
- Support onboarding of new interns or team members through clear documentation and process handovers.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data trackers (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail and consistency in reporting and documentation.
Preferable
- Experience in data visualization or reporting tools
- Prior exposure to program management, operations, or learner engagement.
- Comfort in working across multiple teams and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Employment Type: This role is an internship position.
Work Hours: The required work hours are 40 hours per week.
Timezone: The preferred time zones are GMT +2/SAST/ CAT/EAT.
Due to the considerable amount of virtual working and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential. As an employee, you will be encouraged to continually develop your capability & attain certifications to reflect your growth as an individual.
