Field Sales & Activation Specialist: Lagos

Lagos, Nigeria

Do you know how to walk into a room full of strangers and leave with ten warm relationships and a partnership conversation already booked for next week? Do you have the kind of presence that makes people trust you quickly, not because you oversold them, but because you listened carefully and gave them something genuinely useful before you asked for anything? Can you read a partnership pipeline and tell immediately which relationships are worth investing in, which need to be restructured, and which are costing more than they will ever return? Do you understand the Nigerian institutional landscape well enough to know how decisions actually get made, who the real decision makers are, what motivates them, and how long it realistically takes to move from a warm introduction to a signed agreement? Are you comfortable being the only person on the ground in a city you have never activated before, figuring it out as you go, and coming back with leads, relationships, and intelligence that no one else could have gathered from behind a desk? If so, this might just be the role for you.
