Treasury Manager

Your Role: 

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to build and operate AIXC's treasury function across both fiat and digital asset environments. This is a greenfield build role — you will be the first dedicated treasury hire and will be responsible for establishing the function from the ground up.

This role sits at the center of liquidity, capital management, and digital asset operations for a platform focused on real-world asset tokenization. You will bridge institutional treasury practices with digital asset workflows, establishing scalable processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure.

This is a hands-on operator role with direct strategic visibility. If you have built treasury functions before and want to do it again at the forefront of RWA and digital asset infrastructure, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Liquidity & Cash Management

• Manage daily cash positioning across bank accounts and digital asset custody platforms
• Execute cash movements, funding, and intercompany transfers
• Optimize liquidity to ensure operational and strategic funding needs are met
• Maintain and develop banking relationships and oversee account administration

Cash Forecasting & Planning

• Build and maintain short-term (13-week) and long-term cash forecasts
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to align liquidity with operating plans
• Identify liquidity risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Digital Asset Treasury Operations

• Oversee digital asset balances and activity across custodial platforms
• Execute and monitor digital asset transactions
• Track cost basis, balances, and transaction flows
• Reconcile digital asset activity to custody records
• Support valuation processes and audit-related documentation

Controls, Reconciliation & Audit Support

• Own bank and digital asset reconciliations
• Design and maintain controls over payments, approvals, and platform access
• Support external audit procedures including transaction tracing and documentation
• Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Accounting on month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with Tax on digital asset reporting and compliance requirements
• Work with FP&A on liquidity planning and capital allocation
• Interface with external auditors, banking partners, and custody service providers

Build & Scale

• Design and implement scalable treasury processes for a growing digital asset platform
• Drive automation, reporting improvements, and data visibility
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including treasury infrastructure and capital planning
• Support development of scalable workflows for RWA tokenization operations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling a treasury function
• Strong foundation in cash management, liquidity planning, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with bank platforms, treasury management systems, or custody platforms
• Solid understanding of internal controls, reconciliation, and audit processes
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; comfort with financial modeling
• Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive execution

Salary Range:

 ($120,000-$150,000 DOE), plus benefits and incentives plans
