As we continue on our mission to create a center of excellence for patients with severe mental illness (SMI), the teams that support this mission are expanding! We are seeking to add a Strategic Finance professional to work hand-in-hand with the company founders and executive leadership on financial and operational analysis for strategic implementations and assessment of growth opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer  this pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial and operational excellence of an innovative healthcare provider dedicated to transforming the lives of those with SMI.

 

Technically savvy with strong communication skills, you are comfortable presenting complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. Highly collaborative, you enjoy working with a small but mighty team, and demonstrate the flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. Self motivated and proactive, you are very comfortable as a player/coach, and are as adept at navigating financial models as you are communicating with executives and investors.
